# Call Agent (Beta)

## What is the Call Agent?

The Call Agent utilizes **Synthetic Voice AI** to perform outbound phone calls. It can:

* Navigate simple phone trees.
* Conduct 1-minute qualification surveys.
* Confirm appointment times.
